iTEP Intern Test Security
FotoSure, a proprietary test security program developed by the iTEP team, snaps and stores digital photographs of the test-taker throughout the exam period. During the grading process, trained iTEP graders review the photos to ensure that the person who was approved to take the exam completed each section him or herself, without aid or substitution. Along with the test scores, these images can be used by institutions and companies to verify the person who sat for the exam.
As secure as you need.
Since iTEP Intern is typically administered by our clients on their own computers, it is left to them to make sure the testing environment is secure. We encourage our clients to reference the security measures taken during administration of our other tests at Certified iTEP Test Centers and implement as many of them as possible on your premises to ensure accurate testing results.
Secure by nature.
Regardless of security measures taken at the location where iTEP Intern is administered, elements of the test make it difficult to be deceptive. For instance, all of the questions are streamed live over the Internet and selected at random from an item bank. This means no two tests are alike, so copying the answers or somehow obtaining them in advance is not possible.
